Kapacape Networks

Kapacape Networks implements a robust quality management system to oversee all our projects and ensure strict compliance with contractual and industry standards. We develop and enforce Process Quality Assurance Plans (PQAPs) to guarantee that every work package meets our exacting standards.

Quality at Kapacape Networks starts with the materials we select, extends to the personnel we hire, and guides how, when, and why each task is executed. From tools and plant to methodology, our Quality Management Policy ensures that every project is completed to perfection.

Safety, Health and Environmental Management

Kapacape Networks maintains a robust safety management system aligned with ISO standards. Our qualified COO, with extensive EHS expertise, guides policy-making and ensures it is implemented down to each individual work package.

Safety is embedded in every role at Kapacape Networks, reflecting our firm belief in achieving “Zero Harm.” Dedicated support teams operate under a proven Safety Management Plan with comprehensive documentation, ensuring that safety is never an afterthought.

We also conduct regular safety workshops to train and induct our workforce, keeping them up to date with evolving best practices in workplace safety, health, and environmental management.

Continuous Personal Development

We are driven by a five keys results growth centre. To this end all personnel intending to further skills study especially our core business fields are cushioned with tuition, study material and mentorship where possible. To this end 3% of our income is dedicated towards Growth Research and Development. We pursue effective lateral skills transfers.
